Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing: • Install HVAC systems in residential homes. • Ensure safety & code compliance on every job. • Collaborate with a tight-knit install team. • Represent Trust 1 by providing great customer service. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Experience as an HVAC Installer. • Boiler Install experience is a plus (we’ll train the right person!). • Valid EPA Certification. • Great communication skills. • A positive attitude and team spirit. Compensation: $45 - $70 hourly
