A well-regarded DC law firm is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced litigator with 3–6 years of private practice experience for an exciting associate opportunity within its Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. Responsibilities The ideal candidate will bring: A strong work ethic and strong academic background Law firm experience Genuine interest in complex commercial litigation A collaborative mindset and experience working as part of a team Practice Focus Commercial & business litigation Labor & employment litigation (FLSA, wage-and-hour, Title VII, restrictive covenants) Trade secrets and business torts Construction and real estate disputes False Claims Act matters and government investigations Attorneys in this group regularly appear in state and federal courts nationwide , including the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and before the Civilian and Armed Services Boards of Contract Appeals .
