Senior Model Risk & AI Validation Analyst

The Hartford seeks a Senior Analyst in Model Risk Management to lead validation efforts for enterprise models across multiple lines of business. You will work with Data Science and Actuarial teams to ensure accurate inputs, sound methodologies, and robust governance. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in P&C/related insurance and strong programming skills (Python, SAS/SQL, R) with an advanced quantitative degree.
