Whatyou'llown

• Lead event planning and execution
  Coordinate and manageonsitesoftware supportservices for 200+ fundraising events annually, ensuring operational excellence and successful event outcomes.

• Serve as a trusted client partner
  Act as the primary point of contact for premier nonprofit clients, providing proactive communication, consultation, and a high-touch service experience.

• Support onsite event delivery
  Attend select events(minimum 6-10), guide onsite coordinators, and troubleshoot issues in real time to ensure smooth execution.

• Collaborate across teams
  Partner with customer success, sales, product, and other internal teams to align on client needs and deliver exceptional results.

• Manage operations and administration
  Oversee scheduling, agreements, invoicing, and event documentation whilemaintainingaccuraterecords across internal systems.

Whatyou'llbring

• Experience working with nonprofit organizations, fundraising, or event management

• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with event technology or SaaS platforms preferred

• Proven ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly during live events

It'sa bonus if you have

• Experience working directly for a nonprofit organization, preferably in fundraising or development environments.
