About the Role

Are you a natural leader with a proven track record in sales? We are looking for highly driven Sales Managers and Team Leads to build, train, and manage a team of representatives selling Xfinity products and services (Internet, TV, Voice, and Mobile).

As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will act as a business owner. We supply the fuel—a consistent flow of company-provided leads—and you supply the leadership. Your earnings will be driven not only by your own ability to close deals but by the performance and volume of the team you build and manage. If you know how to motivate sales professionals and drive high-volume results, this is a highly lucrative opportunity to scale your income with zero caps.

Build and Lead a Team: Recruit, onboard, and train a team of high-performing commission-based sales representatives.

Manage Lead Flow: Effectively distribute and manage the company-provided leads among your team members to maximize closing ratios.

Coach & Mentor: Conduct regular training sessions, role-play scenarios, and provide real-time coaching to help your reps overcome objections and close Xfinity packages.

Drive Performance: Set daily/weekly sales targets, hold your team accountable, and foster a competitive, high-energy sales culture.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all team members adhere to ethical sales practices and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Leadership Experience: Previous experience as a sales manager, team lead, or agency owner, preferably in telecommunications, B2C and D2D sales, or a fast-paced commission environment.

Entrepreneurial Mindset: The self-motivation and discipline required to thrive in a 100% commission-based, 1099 contractor environment.

Training Capabilities: Strong ability to teach consultative sales techniques and closing strategies.

Clearance Requirements: You, and every member of your prospective team, must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive background check and a drug test prior to handling the campaign.
