Construction Superintendent High-End Retail Construction (Bilingual Required)

Are you an experienced Construction Superintendent with a passion for delivering exceptional retail environments?

CPM Builders is a growing commercial general contractor specializing in high-end retail interiors for some of the world's most recognized luxury and premium brands. We are looking for a bilingual Construction Superintendent who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of projects, and consistently delivers outstanding quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

As the Superintendent, you will be the on-site leader responsible for every aspect of field operations, including:

• Managing day-to-day construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.
• Leading subcontractors to achieve project milestones safely and on schedule.
• Maintaining project schedules and coordinating all field activities.
• Ensuring exceptional workmanship that meets luxury retail standards.
• Conducting daily safety inspections and enforcing OSHA regulations.
• Reviewing drawings and specifications to ensure accurate installations.
• Coordinating inspections, punch lists, and project turnover.
• Preparing daily reports and maintaining complete project documentation.
• Building strong relationships with clients, landlords, architects, and project teams.
• Working closely with Project Managers to proactively resolve field challenges.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
• Minimum 5 years managing high-end retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or commercial interior construction projects.
• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish). This position requires daily communication with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and multilingual field teams.
• Proven experience managing multiple subcontractors and aggressive construction schedules.
• Strong knowledge of commercial interior construction methods and finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings.
• OSHA 30 Certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout Florida and other project locations as needed.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or overnight shifts when required by project schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with luxury retail brands.
• Experience working in occupied malls, airports, hospitality, or Class A commercial spaces.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams.
