Occupational Medicine Advanced Practice Provider – West Valley Opportunity Available Banner Occupational Health and Wellness, a division of Banner Health, is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to expand services in the Phoenix Metro Area. The role involves performing baseline and annual physical exams, evaluating, treating, and following up on industrial injuries and non-occupational medical conditions, infectious and hazardous material exposures.
