Occupational Medicine Advanced Practice Provider - East Valley Opportunity Available Banner Occupational Health and Wellness, a full‑service occupational health provider, is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to assist in growth across the Phoenix metro area. The role includes performing baseline and annual physical exams, evaluating and following up on industrial injuries, non‑industrial medical conditions, and exposures to hazardous materials and infectious agents. We are offering a $5,000 sign‑on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
