To provide on-site direct support to the site staff and students in the overall management and operation of the school, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment. Assist with a wide range of tasks, including overseeing student discipline and fostering positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.Essential Duties/ Major Accountabilities:Show Up: Be ACCOUNTABLE for our students, ourselves, and our team.Connect: Develop and maintain TRANSPARENT and HONEST relationships with our students and teamSucceed: Become a STRONG unified team providing students an INNOVATIVE environment to become productive members of societyPhysical Presence: Must be able to maintain a regular on-site presence to effectively support students, collaborate with colleagues, and fulfill the responsibilities of the role. While virtual work may be permitted based on specific site needs and work responsibilities, the ability to be physically present at designated locations as needed is essential to the successful execution of this position’s duties.Enrollment DutiesRecruitment & Retention:Ability to utilize marketing materials to effectively communicate to internal and external stakeholders about GOAL High School, policies and programs offered.Monitor all student exits, exit surveys, transfers, and re-enrollments.Compliant Enrollment PaperworkFacilitate the enrollment process from application submission through fully completed and accurate enrollment paperwork and coding.Facilitate record requests for incoming students.Maintain all student documents.Support health complianceSite/Region LogisticsFacilitate small vehicle checkouts, weekly inspections, certifications, and scheduled maintenance.Manage site compliance and safety.Ordering & Inventory ManagementManage student computer inventory including check-in and check-out process.Collect and track all technology deposits and payments required.Order and maintain all site supplies.Testing Assessment SupportSupport the Site Assessment Coordinator in testing where applicable.Customer ServiceAssist for all walk-in traffic, site phone calls, and application management.Foster a clean, caring, supportive, and personalized environment.Maintain confidentiality in all areas of staff, student, and parent communications and record keeping.Maintain a working knowledge of programs and services available to students to communicate with stakeholders.Or other background demonstrating application of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:Proven ability to complete correspondence, generate reports, manage multiple calendars, and multi-task other clerical functions with a high degree of accuracy.Demonstrated history working with technology at the proficiency level including application of various office programs (Spreadsheets, Word Documents, Slides, Internet, calendars, and databases)Proficient work history in verbal and written communication skills which could include drafting documents for a wide variety of audiences.Demonstrated history of meeting professional obligations through efficient work habits, such as meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner, and demonstrating respect for others.Excellent background in interpersonal, organizational, time-management, oral and written communicationPossess a thorough understanding of the benefits of continuous learning and takes personal responsibility for professional development.Accountability Standards for all GOAL Academy High School Staff:Love for children and the ability to work enthusiastically on their behalf.Actively and enthusiastically recruit new students through community partnerships and community events.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time-management, verbal, and written communication skillsKnowledgeable and comfortable working with technologyAble to competently and persistently apply problem solving skills towards technology issues.Proven ability to serve on teams and participate in a collaborative decision-making process.Strong work ethic to achieve both school and personal goals.Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.Willingness to travel regionally and transport students as required.Ethical, honest, and good-humoredMust work all scheduled calendar days in ColoradoMinimum Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Must reside in ColoradoMust possess a valid driver's LicenseEducation:High School Diploma requiredAssociates degree in a business-related discipline preferred.Experience:Two years of office and/or administrative duties required.Previous experience in an educational environment preferred.Two years of experience working online and/or with at risk youth preferred.Physical Requirements of this position include:SeldomCold-50 F or less/Heat- 90 F or more/Gases-Fumes/ Heights/Climbing/ Crawling-Kneeling/ Bending/ Walking on Uneven Surfaces/Chemical-Solvents/ Travel-National or InternationalOver 30 Pounds: Lifting-Lowering-Reaching Over Shoulders-Reaching Forward-Pushing-Pulling-CarryingOccasionalNoise/Working Alone/ Local Travel/ Visual Acuity-Far/ Color DiscriminationOver 20 Pounds: Lifting-Lowering-Reaching Over Shoulders-Reaching Forward-Pushing-Pulling-CarryingFrequentDriving/ Work with Others/ Visual Acuity-Near/ Hearing/ Speech/ Manual Dexterity/ Eye-Hand Coordination/ Computer/ Mouse/ Copier/ Scanner/ Printer/ TelephoneUnder 20 Pounds: Lifting-Lowering-Reaching Over Shoulders-Reaching Forward-Pushing-Pulling-CarryingColorado Public High Schools are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other legally protected status.
