Title: Master Scheduler/Production Planner
Location: Hudson, NH (100% Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract (6 Months+)

About the Role
We are seeking a Master Scheduler / Production Planner to support manufacturing operations by managing production schedules, material planning, inventory flow, and customer delivery commitments.
The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing planning, ERP/MRP systems, and supply chain operations, with the ability to manage production priorities and drive on-time delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning & Scheduling
- Manage production schedules and build plans
- Track WIP and finished goods inventory
- Maintain production commitments and delivery schedules
- Coordinate planning activities between manufacturing facilities
- Attend daily production meetings
- Materials Planning
- Review MRP requirements and planning reports
- Create and maintain material requisitions
- Monitor material availability to support production schedules
- Communicate material shortages and risks proactively
- Support inventory optimization efforts
- ERP & Data Management
- Update and maintain ERP system planning data
- Track production commitments and completion dates
- Maintain planning accuracy within ERP/MRP systems
- Generate planning and scheduling reports
- Analyze trends and identify improvement opportunities
- Cross Functional Collaboration
- Partner with:
- Production
- Engineering
- Quality
- Warehouse
- Supply Chain
- Coordinate priorities across departments
- Support movement of materials and WIP inventory
- Participate in MRB reviews as required
- Metrics & Reporting
- Monitor:
- On-Time Delivery (OTD)
- Inventory Performance
- MRP Trends
- Production Commitments
- Develop weekly reports and planning metrics
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- OR
- Equivalent manufacturing planning experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in:
- Production Planning
- Master Scheduling
- Manufacturing Planning
- Manufacturing environment experience required
- Supply Chain experience required
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
- ERP/MRP experience required
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
