What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional service by making thoughtful food and drink recommendations to guests
• Answer any menu and service-related questions with a friendly, knowledgeable attitude
• Check-in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and anticipate their needs
• Handle guest concerns professionally, always informing a manager and ensuring issues are resolved
