Finance Manager, Program Controls M4 ONSITE

Position Overview Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) Air Dominance Business Office seeks an experienced, motivated financial manager to expand leadership skills within the sustainment portfolio of the Air Dominance SSBU. The role is based in Tucson, AZ and requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance. Responsibilities Partner with program leadership and cross‑functional partners (PMO, supply chain, contracts, operations, security, DCMA, USG, etc.) to drive execution and influence change. Act as a critical business partner by providing insight and analysis to strategic decisions that impact bottom‑line results. Manage the financial lifecycle from proposal and negotiation through contract setup, baselining, execution, and close‑out; maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Promote knowledge sharing and process improvements across the portfolio. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 8 years of relevant financial management experience; or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years experience. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and conditional formatting). U.S. citizenship required; security clearance must be obtainable and maintainable. Preferred Skills: Strong organizational and time‑management skills; ability to meet critical deadlines. Analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities in a fast‑paced environment. Effective communication with all levels of management, both verbally and in written form. Experience in the sustainment or defense industry is advantageous.
