Job Requirements: 3 to 8 years of experience in complex litigation and dispute resolutionrequired. Sophisticated experience in all phases of litigation and dispute resolution, withtrial experience preferred. Top twentyschoolor top 10% of law schoolclass. Excellent writing skills. Licensed to practice in New York, Florida, and/or Texas.Additionaljurisdictionsa plus. Federal or appellate state clerkship experience preferred. Experienceonlaw review, journals, and moot court preferred. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $300,000 to $450,000 annually.
