Manufacturing TechnicianJoin a growing manufacturer producing highly detailed, large-scale plastic components used in industries such as:Medical EquipmentRoboticsTransportationAs a Thermoform Process Technician, you'll work with heated plastic sheets, molds, and vacuum-forming equipment to create high-quality products.What You'll DoManufacture large-scale plastic componentsOperate thermoforming equipment and vacuum systemsWork with heated, extruded plastic sheets and single-sided moldsShape and form plastic materials to specificationsMaintain a fast-paced, hands-on work environmentEnsure quality and production standards are metRequired QualificationsMinimum 2 years of manufacturing technician experienceStrong mechanical aptitudeStable work history with no significant employment gapsExperience using hand and mechanical tools, including:Allen/Hex WrenchesTorque WrenchesSocket WrenchesAbility to stay active and work on your feet throughout the shiftPreferred QualificationsExperience with:Machine setupAutomation systemsInjection moldingFamiliarity with:Plastic processingManufacturing equipment operationSchedule1st ShiftMonday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM30-minute lunch breakOptional Saturday overtime availableWork EnvironmentNon-climate-controlled manufacturing facilityComfortable working temperaturesHands-on production settingTeam-oriented environmentBenefits401(k) with 50% company match on up to 6%2 weeks PTO available immediatelyAdditional PTO earned after one yearProfit-sharing opportunitiesWork for a local company proud to manufacture American-made productsJob Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Auburn, NY.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
