End-to-End Project Accountant - Real Estate Development

The ReWork Group is seeking a Project Accountant for a client real estate development firm. You will own project accounting from requisitions through final reconciliation, manage budgets, loan draws, and risk in ground-up residential projects. You will work with the PM team and Head of Construction to flag variances, chase COIs, and keep draws moving.
