- Required Certifications: BLS required (AHA), ACLS preferred, CCRN a plus - Experience or 'Must have' skills: At least 2 solid years of CVICU experience (prefer more) - Skills: Must be able to interpret strips, strong assessment skills, critical thinking, communication, organization, teamwork, compassion, ability to follow protocols and orders as written, motivation, time management, positive attitude and behavior - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment - Must be able to pick up right away with no training provided for equipment and patient population - RNs are required to titrate drips - Non-BSN candidates accepted - License to Submit: No required licensure mentioned
