Job Responsibilities

• Create Customized Therapy Plans: Assess patient needs and design tailored intervention strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to improve clients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nursing staff to provide well-rounded, patient-centered care
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their caregivers in therapy techniques that support continued progress at home
• Track and Evaluate Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring patients remain on the path to recovery

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education and advanced certifications

Licenses

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification is mandatory
