Many of our leaders started in entry-level roles, and we're committed to helping motivated team members grow their careers with us.Routine Tasks:Ensure all items are plated, packaged, and presented according to Joseph's quality and appearance standardsMaintain freshness by rotating products and monitoring qualityPackage, label, and stock prepared foods for retail casesFollow sanitation and food safety protocols at all timesOperate kitchen equipment safely, including knives, scales, and wrapping machinesAssist with general kitchen prep and cleaning tasks as neededQualifications:Must be at least 18 years of ageFood preparation or kitchen experience preferredAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsBasic math and reading skillsStrong attention to detail and visual presentationTeam-oriented with a positive attitudeA passion for serving peoplePhysical & Work EnvironmentA Kitchen Prep Plater performs tasks primarily in kitchen and prep areas, including refrigerated environments. This role involves walking and standing for prolonged periods and lifting products weighing up to 80 pounds. You will be exposed to varying temperatures and work environments.
