Project Coordinator — Engineering & Construction

Reno, NV | Full-Time | $50,000–$65,000 DOE | Direct Hire

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to join an established engineering, inspection, and construction materials testing firm in Reno. This position sits at the center of project operations, helping connect project managers, engineers, field personnel, clients, reports, schedules, and billing.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate project schedules, documentation, reports, and deliverables
• Provide administrative and operational support to project managers and engineers
• Track inspections, testing activities, reports, deadlines, and outstanding project items
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical project files
• Coordinate communication between field personnel, project managers, engineers, clients, and management
• Assist with proposal preparation, scopes of work, and project documentation
• Support project tracking and invoicing activities
• Follow up on outstanding documentation and project requirements
• Help ensure reports and other deliverables are completed and distributed on schedule
• Maintain organized records for active and completed projects
• Assist with additional administrative and project-related responsibilities as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous administrative, project coordination, construction, engineering, or consulting experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable communicating with field personnel, engineers, management, and clients
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Eligible full-time employees receive paid time off and medical benefits. Employee medical coverage is 100% company-paid, with coverage effective the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
