Micone Executive Recruiting is partnering with an established organization specializing in customized commercial interior solutions to hire a Project Coordinator for its Reno team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional, recent graduate, or experienced coordinator who wants more than a traditional administrative role. You'll work directly with clients, vendors, and internal teams while coordinating multiple projects from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate multiple client projects simultaneously, keeping schedules, deliverables, and priorities organized.

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Provide timely updates regarding project status, schedules, outstanding items, and next steps.

• Coordinate activities between clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.

• Maintain project schedules and proactively follow up on deadlines and deliverables.

• Track open items and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

• Maintain accurate project records, correspondence, documentation, and CRM activity.

• Assist with resolving project questions, changes, and client needs.

• Utilize CRM and project management systems to maintain visibility across active projects.

• Support process improvements and other operational initiatives.

• Build strong client relationships through responsive, professional, and solutions-focused communication.

• Take increasing ownership of projects as your knowledge and experience grow.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is naturally organized, communicates well, takes ownership, and enjoys keeping people and projects moving forward.

Ideal candidates may bring:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may also be considered.

• Degrees in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Liberal Arts, or related fields are welcome.

• Recent graduates with strong internships, work experience, or transferable skills are encouraged to apply.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organization, prioritization, and time-management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.

• Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.

• Professional, confident, and client-focused communication style.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business software.

• Experience with CRM or project management platforms preferred; HubSpot experience is a plus.

• Comfort learning new technology and utilizing AI-powered business tools is a plus.

• Positive attitude, initiative, curiosity, and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
