Early Careers RecruiterThe Early Careers Recruiter (Recruiter / Senior Recruiter) is responsible for executing and, at more senior levels, leading the strategy and delivery of early careers hiring across key business areas. This role blends full-cycle recruiting, stakeholder partnership, program support and/or leadership, and data-driven decision making to build high-quality early talent pipelines.The position exists to strengthen StoneX's early careers strategy by delivering best-in-class candidate experiences, building scalable talent pipelines, and supporting global hiring initiatives across early talent populations.The level of this role (Recruiter or Senior Recruiter) will be determined based on the candidate's experience, scope of ownership, and demonstrated impact.ResponsibilitiesPrimary duties will include:Own full-cycle recruiting for internship, graduate, and early talent hiring (0–3 years of experience) across assigned business areasPartner with business leaders to define hiring needs, advise on talent strategy, and drive efficient, high-quality hiring outcomesDevelop and execute talent attraction strategies, including university engagement, pipeline building, and employer branding initiativesLead and/or support key aspects of intern and graduate programs, including onboarding, engagement, and conversion to full-time rolesSupport and/or lead global hiring initiatives, collaborating across regions and demonstrating flexibility to work across time zones as neededDeliver a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring consistent communication, engagement, and process excellenceLeverage data and insights to track performance, optimize recruiting strategies, and improve outcomes (e.g., conversion, acceptance rates, etc.)Drive process improvements and operational efficiency, utilizing tools, technology, and scalable practices to enhance the recruiting functionQualificationsTo land this role you will need:2–7+ years of experience in Early Careers, Campus Recruiting, Talent Acquisition or related fieldExperience supporting and/or managing full-cycle recruiting processes and stakeholder relationshipsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with ATS/CRM systems and recruiting processesSenior level candidates will typically demonstrate:5+ years of relevant experience with ownership of full-cycle recruiting and stakeholder managementAbility to independently lead hiring strategies and influence business stakeholdersExperience leading programs, initiatives, or projects within early careers recruitingStrong use of data and insights to inform decisions and improve outcomesWhat makes you stand out:Experience recruiting for front-office or revenue-generating roles (Institutional preferred)Experience supporting or scaling early careers programs (internships, graduate programs)Experience working in a global or matrixed organizationFamiliarity with leveraging AI and automation tools in recruiting workflowsStrong interest in early talent development and program innovationEducation / Certification Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experienceWorking Environment:4 days per week onsite, 1 day per week remotePotential travel required during peak campus recruiting cycles (up to ~30%)Hiring Salary Range: $90,000 – $140,000 (final compensation to be determined by the education, experience, level [Recruiter vs. Senior Recruiter], skills, and alignment with internal equity and market data).
