Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager Location: Midwest (multiple office locations available) Employment Type: Full-Time We are partnered with a Top 10 Midwest CPA and business advisory firm experiencing continued growth and seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. This firm is known for its collaborative, people-first culture, strong leadership, and commitment to developing its professionals. What You'll Do Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals Oversee client engagements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance Serve as a key point of contact for client relationships Stay current on industry trends and best practices What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred) 5+ years of public accounting or related experience Experience reviewing financials and managing client engagementsProficiency in QuickBooks, Accounting CS, or similar tools Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills Excellent communication and client-facing abilities Why This Opportunity Competitive compensation Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Generous PTO + paid holidays Flexible work environment + summer Fridays Clear path for continued leadership growth #J-18808-Ljbffr Wertz & Associates
