Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
• Execute specialized floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning, waxing, polishing, and tile maintenance to keep floors looking pristine
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas in accordance with health guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process
• Use janitorial equipment safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols for all cleaning tasks
• Assist with housekeeping management duties when needed, including inventory checks and reporting supply needs

Qualifications

• Prior custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods
• Experience with carpet cleaning and general housekeeping is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day
• Nice-to-have skills, hotel housekeeping experience, or housekeeper management background
