This opportunity is ideal for experienced independent reps or independent sales agencies looking to add a respected, complementary product line while maintaining the independence of running their own business. Our broad product portfolio creates opportunities for recurring sales and larger renovation projects, supported by responsive inside sales, customer service, marketing resources, and operations. What You'll Do Grow sales within your assigned territory through new business development and account expansion. Build relationships with golf courses, country clubs, municipalities, sports fields, and other turf professionals. Present products, recommend solutions, and identify opportunities tied to renovations and ongoing maintenance. Partner with Par West's inside sales and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Participate in trade shows, customer events, and industry association meetings. What We're Looking For Three or more years of successful independent or outside sales experience. Existing relationships within the golf, turf, irrigation, landscape, agricultural, or related industries preferred. Established independent sales business, agency, or book of business is a plus. Proven ability to develop new business and grow customer relationships. Strong communication, organization, and consultative selling skills. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the territory. Representation Terms Commission-only, 1099 independent contractor opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Representatives are responsible for their own business expenses, taxes, insurance, and transportation. Opportunity to represent complementary, non-competing product lines. Territory, commission schedule, and representation terms are governed by a written Independent Contractor Agreement.
