AE - Stock Associate - Early Morning (Off-Hours)

YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is your place, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Passionate about brand standards and ensure effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. Maintain the Stockroom by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized. Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with store leadership to develop and implement solutions. Assist fellow team members with non‑stock related tasks and guest assistance as needed. Prioritize safety standards in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor, following Asset Protection standards and AEO policies.

PAY AND BENEFITS INFORMATION

Pay is based on experience, skills and location. Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave and other rewards at AEO's discretion. Paid time off, paid sick leave and holiday pay vary by job level, type, location, employment classification and years of service.
