AE - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE As a part-time stock brand ambassador, you are an expert at keeping product moving from the stockroom to the salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO brand standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the stockroom is your place, you can flex your skills to support your team and guests on the salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day! Your Responsibilities You have a passion for brand standards and are a go‑getter in keeping product moving through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. The stockroom is your home base and you own it. You keep the stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized. You are innovative. Whenever you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, make a game plan, and take action to correct it. You understand that teamwork makes the dream work and you are always prepared to step in and help fellow team members with non‑stock‑related tasks or assist guests. Integrity is your quality. Safety standards are a priority to you, both in the stockroom and on the salesfloor. You follow Asset Protection standards and always adhere to AEO policies and procedures. Pay / Benefits Information Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide rewards at its discretion.
