Lead Federal Full-Stack Developer

Salary: $66,000 - 106,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a minimum of five years of technical full-stack development experience; U.S. Federal government consulting experience is preferred.
• We require a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
• We need deep knowledge of full-stack development, including modern UI and backend coding fundamentals, JavaScript best practices, object-oriented design, data structures, API design, and complex problem solving.
• We require proficiency with at least one modern JavaScript framework such as Angular2/4 or ReactJs, backend RESTful services such as Java with SpringMVC, cloud-native solutions using Azure or AWS, and DevOps tooling platforms such as Jenkins, Ansible, Chef, or similar.
• We require experience working with relational and non-relational databases such as SQL Server and Cosmos DB.
• We require the ability to travel as needed to support our engagements.
• Applicants must possess or be eligible for a U.S. Government clearance.

• We ensure successful technology development using Agile and DevOps methodologies for complex systems and solutions.
• We lead end-to-end development lifecycles using software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, SCRUM facilitation with JIRA, source control management, and continuous integration and delivery setup.
• We learn and analyze existing full-stack codebases and systems, and develop code as needed to support products and solutions.
• We help architect new applications by evaluating technologies with solution architects and product managers.
• We oversee documentation to help our development team stay efficient and effective, including technical details, setup information, standards, and environments.
