Wise Staffing Group is now hiring safety-focused and dependable Forklift Operators to join our team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, unload, and organize products throughout our facility. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in working efficiently while maintaining a safe workplace, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials and finished goods.
• Transport products to and from production, storage, and shipping areas.
• Accurately scan and track inventory using RF scanners or warehouse management systems, as required.
• Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate inventory by following established material handling procedures.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization.
• Keep work areas clean and free of hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Work collaboratively with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to meet daily goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous forklift operating experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to become certified).
• Basic computer and inventory system experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday.
• Push and pull loaded pallets and materials as needed.
• Work in a warehouse or manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment for extended periods.
