Behavioral Health Care Coordinator
$18 - $21 per hourCommunity Health Programs
Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00 / hour
Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: 32hrs/week; Tuesday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
The Remote Behavioral Health Coordinator (BHC) is the front line of communication between the client, therapist, and the Behavioral Health Department. Has the same responsibilities whether on the phone or in person. Schedules patient appointments, answers questions or provides general information or directs a client to appropriate staff or department who can provide more direct and specific information. Maintains and updates patients chart by getting the appropriate information from the client and therapist. The BHC protects clients rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information. The BHC will support CHPs mission, vision, and values and will adhere to compliance protocols as well as CHPs policies and procedures.
