Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Operations Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, ensure excellent customer service, and manage all aspects of operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. This role requires a proactive leader who can motivate staff, optimize processes, and uphold our commitment to quality service. Responsibilities Lead and supervise operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of customer service Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members while fostering employee retention and development Manage inventory control, purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising to maximize sales potential Oversee payroll processing, bookkeeping, cash handling, and financial reporting Implement marketing initiatives and sales strategies to boost customer engagement Supervise management, daily operations, facility maintenance, and truck maintenance Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their leadership, sales, and customer service skills What We’re Looking For Strong negotiation and closing skills Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus Experience recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and leading teams Leadership experience managing operations and field crews Proficiency with software systems, inventory management, and communication platforms Ability to manage budgets, payroll, bookkeeping, and cash handling Excellent organizational and time-management skills Experience leading projects or working in general labor environments is advantageous Knowledge of sales techniques and phone etiquette Previous supervisory or management experience 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Profit-based incentive plans Ready to Lead?
