Litigation Associate

Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join their established practice and contribute to a wide range of complex disputes.

About the Position:

As a Litigation Associate, you will step into a key role with immediate opportunities to draft pleadings and motions, conduct discovery, manage hearings, and contribute to trial preparation. Their diverse caseload includes commercial and business litigation, estate and trust controversies, employment matters, and general civil disputes. This position offers hands-on courtroom experience, the opportunity to sharpen your advocacy skills, and the chance to grow within a respected and dynamic practice.


Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois .

• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Professionalism, responsiveness, and a client-centered approach.
