Customer Support Administrator

Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a leading manufacturing company, is seeking to hire a talented Customer Support Administrator to join their dynamic team in the Oakland, NJ area. Shift Information In-office, Monday – Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM Pay Rate $25/hr Summary Of Responsibilities Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for Customer Service. Gather and analyze data, presenting information effectively. Maintain and update documentation and daily metrics. Essential Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
