What You'll Do

As our Customer Service Representative, you'll handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide professional, reliable support to homeowners. Accuracy and attention to detail will be key as you enter information into our system, coordinate with our HVAC team, and make sure customers receive the best possible service experience.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator with strong phone skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 1-2 years of customer service experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) is important, and light sales experience is a plus. Prior HVAC or home services office experience will help, but it isn't required-we're happy to train the right person. Knowledge of Service Titan is also a plus.
