Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and injections

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the charge nurse and medical director

• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and quality improvement projects

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided
