Role Field-based Manager supporting cardiovascular key accounts within assigned geography, focusing on product pull-through and formulary adoption. Objectives include developing strategic business plans, fostering relationships with decision makers, and enabling product utilization through institution-centric programs. Responsibilities build advocacy for cardiovascular brands, optimize care pathways and workflows, assess market and reimbursement dynamics, and lead cross-functional engagement with healthcare providers and administrators. Qualifications Bachelor's degree; 5+ years in pharma, biotech, or healthcare with experience in specialty buy-and-bill and managing complex accounts such as hospitals and academic centers; extensive cardiovascular therapeutic knowledge; strong cross-functional collaboration and account management skills. Preferred experience in cardiovascular accounts and roles spanning marketing, medical, or market access. High-Value focus on cardiovascular therapy, large complex healthcare institutions, specialty pharma environment, and deep understanding of healthcare ecosystem, reimbursement, and digital engagement. Work setup field-based with remote elements; travel 60-80% within territory. Candidate must reside within the territory or commuting distance; valid driver’s license required.
