Job Description Job Description Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant Location: Lamar, CO Type: Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Position Overview: Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Physical Therapy Assistant for an exciting Travel or Local job in Lamar, CO. Responsibilities: • Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist • Implement selected components of patient treatment plans and interventions • Monitor patient responses to treatment and report findings appropriately • Modify selected interventions as directed to ensure safety and progression • Assist patients of all ages with mobility and functional activities • Provide care in inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings • Collaborate with rehabilitation team members for quality patient care • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation • Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, patients, and families Requirements: • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program required • Current Colorado PTA license/credential required • BLS Certification required • Minimum 2 years of experience required • Inpatient experience required • Outpatient experience preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required • Bilingual preferred Additional Information: • Reports directly to Rehabilitation Manager • Work environment includes a newly built Rehabilitation Gymnasium • Exposure to infectious disease environments possible • Must be able to operate rehabilitation equipment and perform technical procedures For more details contact at View email address on click.appcast.io or Call / Text at View phone number on click.appcast.io.
