Physical Therapist Assistant – Rehabilitation

Schedule: Day Shift M-F 8:00-5:00

Assignment Details:

• Guaranteed Hours: 40
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of and have a certificate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Must be currently credentialed by the state regulatory agency.
• Must have verification card of current instruction in BLS.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience, primarily in outpatient settings preferred.
• Bi-lingual capabilities are helpful.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a physical therapist.
• Implement selected components of patient/client interventions and modifications as directed.
• Assist in the treatment of individuals of all ages with medical problems or health-related conditions.
• Gather and report data related to interventions provided to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Work across various patient care settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and home health.
