Registered Nurse - Step Down UnitLocation: Anchorage, AKAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PMJob Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our high acuity step down unit. The ideal candidate must possess strong clinical skills and the ability to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide nursing care to patients in the step-down unit.Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in acuity.Perform assessments and develop nursing care plans.Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.Conduct hourly safety rounds and assist with patient positioning and ADLs as required.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureActive RN license in Alaska (permanent, no temporary licenses accepted).Minimum of 1 year of step-down ICU/IMC/PCU experience.1 year of telemetry/cardiac monitoring experience.ACLS and BLS certifications required.Experience with titratable drips and CIWA assessments preferred.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
