Junior Technical Support Engineer

to strengthen our technical support organization supporting customers using enterprise software, embedded systems, and cloud technologies. Your primary responsibility will involve providing first-line support for licensing-related requests, managing support cases, generating software licenses and installation keys, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across multiple communication channels. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with customers while developing expertise in licensing technologies, support operations, and technical service delivery. In this role, you'll become a vital member of a global support team collaborating with technical support engineers, account teams, and operational stakeholders. The team is responsible for customer assistance, case routing, license management, online support administration, and ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently and within established service levels. Core skills you'll bring 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing support or service role.

Strong customer service orientation with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Experience handling customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.

Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.

Understanding of networking fundamentals in Windows and Linux environments.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Fast learner with a strong interest in technology and technical support.

Nice-to-have Experience with Salesforce.

Experience with Oracle solutions.

Knowledge of FlexLM/Flexera licensing technology.

Experience supporting software licensing or entitlement management processes.

Familiarity with technical support operations and case management systems.

The impact you'll create Handle incoming customer requests through phone, email, chat, and other support channels.

Create, manage, and route service requests to appropriate support teams and engineers.

Generate software license files and installation keys for customers.

Provide first-level technical support for licensing-related issues.

Troubleshoot customer licensing and license server issues.

Assist customers with online support portals and account administration activities.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.

Maintain accurate documentation and report recurring issues to relevant stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with service-level agreements and support performance objectives.
