Position Overview: As an Executive Loan Officer Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our Executive Loan Officers in managing their client portfolios and ensuring a seamless loan process. Key Responsibilities: Assist Executive Loan Officers with daily administrative tasks including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence. Prepare and organize loan application files, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate. Communicate with clients, realtors, and other stakeholders to gather required information and provide updates on loan status. Track and manage loan progress, ensuring timely processing and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct preliminary reviews of loan applications to identify missing information or potential issues. Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism. Assist with marketing efforts and client outreach as directed by Executive Loan Officers. Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the loan process. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred. Previous experience in the mortgage industry or financial services is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and mortgage industry software. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
