About the Role As a Commercial Integration and Sales Engineer, you will develop moderately complex commercial offers for the Westinghouse Parts Business (WPB). You will work closely with the Product Management team to help develop parts offerings, the sales team to develop offers and prioritize them, and the fulfillment team to work with key resources. Additionally, you will collaborate with BU, GOS, account teams, supply chain, legal, and marketing to ensure commercial offerings are positioned aggressively enough to win the award yet manage commercial risk to the greatest extent possible. You will report to the Manager of Offer Development and will be based out of our New Stanton, PA location. Key Responsibilities Develop moderately challenging offers for the Westinghouse Parts Business, including authoring technical offers to meet client requirements, succinct descriptions of products, documentation of key assumptions and limitations, and creative solutions to problems during offer development to meet deadlines. Minimize commercial risk on all offerings, interpret customer requirements to ensure the offer meets their needs, and develop and align cost and lead time strategies with supply chain and WPB Fulfillment organizations. Develop and align on price strategies with WPB Sales and Product Management organizations, incorporating feedback into future offers to increase win rate. Prioritize and communicate the schedule of offers to be issued. Assist in process improvement projects to reduce quote turnaround time, evaluate standard pricing levels, and other key initiatives. Analyze offers to provide informed pricing recommendations for core and new business opportunities. Qualifications B.S. degree in engineering or business related field required. 4+ years of experience in engineering, business, or operations with increasing progression and complexity. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $69,200.00 to $86,500.00 per year.
