Opportunity:
Certified Medical Assistant – Nephrology

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5×8-hour shifts
• $2,500 incentive bonus offered
• Accurately identify patient needs and provide care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Support treatment for conditions including chronic kidney disease, diabetic nephropathy, chronic kidney failure, diabetes, end-stage kidney disease, and hypertension
• Assist with nephrology services including comprehensive blood and urine analysis, kidney transplantation referral, management of electrolyte derangements, and pre-dialysis evaluation
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification via the AAMA or NHA must be obtained within 60 days of hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
• One year of experience preferred
