Job Description Top Job Located in Doylestown, OH Salary: $18/hr Front Yard Forklift Operator We are seeking a reliable and motivated Front Yard Forklift Operator to support daily operations by preparing jobs and loading trucks in the front yard area. This role plays a critical part in maintaining workflow efficiency and ensuring materials are staged and loaded accurately and safely. Key Responsibilities Operate a forklift safely to move, stage, and load materials Assemble and prepare jobs for delivery or pickup Load trucks accurately and efficiently according to schedules Maintain a clean and organized front yard work area Follow all safety policies and procedures Work collaboratively with yard staff, drivers, and supervisors Perform basic equipment checks and report any issues Qualifications Prior forklift operating experience required Willingness to be trained on job-specific processes and procedures Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and safety Dependable with a solid work ethic Ability to lift, move, and position materials as needed Schedule & Compensation Hours: 40-48 hours per week 1st shift Monday -Thursday 6:00a to 4:30p and Friday 6:00a to 11:00a every Friday and sometimes to 2:30p. Pay Rate: $18 with the opportunity for a raise in as little as 3 months.
