We are seeking to add heavy equipment operators to our team to work on heavy civil construction projects with our valued customers in the environmental construction sector.

Position Responsibilities:
- Operate all heavy equipment in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant policies and procedures.
- Perform daily safety and maintenance checks.
- Clean heavy equipment as scheduled and/or required.
- Ensure heavy equipment is safely and securely stored.
- Advise Management of any requirements for maintenance or repairs.
- Participate in routine maintenance.
- Practice workplace safety.

Requirements:- 1+ years’ experience in Heavy Earthmoving Equipment Operations (i.e. excavators, dozers, articulated trucks, etc.), or the equivalent in training.
- Knowledge of safe & productive operation of heavy equipment.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol and medical/physical capability requirements.
- Successful criminal background screen may be required.
- Ability to be a team leader in all safety aspects of the position.
- Position will require travel and possible weekend work.
- Must be willing to work over-time.
Required Education: High School or equivalent.
