• Shift: Night shift (3x12-hour shifts) 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; Day shift (may transition to 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Hours/Week: 36 hours/week
• Employment Type: Contract
• License/Certifications: Missouri license required; BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Experience: 1.5-2 years of inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant experience

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $100.50

What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient care for adult patients undergoing Bone Marrow Transplant and cellular therapies
• Conduct admission assessments, daily rounds, and discharge planning
• Perform procedures including bone marrow biopsies and stem cell infusions/transfusions
• Manage transplant and cellular therapy complications such as GVHD, CRS, and ICANS
• Educate patients and families about treatments and care plans
• Collaborate with attending physicians and support staff to ensure quality patient outcomes

What You Need

• Missouri RN license and valid NP certification in Oncology/Hematology
• 1.5-2 years of inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant experience
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical skills in transplant management and patient education
