Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Behavioral Health, Overnight | Longview Campus (Fort Collins, CO) Sign‑on bonus: up to $9,000 for eligible candidates. Salary Range: $35–$49 per hour, based on relevant years of experience Location: Fort Collins, Colorado at the Longview Campus Status: Full‑time overnight shift Hours: 36 hours/week; three (3) 12‑hour shifts Shift Differential: $7 per hour for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays What You’ll Do: Provide crisis‑focused nursing care in a 24/7 behavioral health setting. Apply evidence‑based nursing practices for high‑acuity behavioral health and/or substance use crises. Work with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, document safety practices, and coordinate transitions of care. Responsibilities Assess clients, identify problems, provide crisis interventions, and document significant interactions. Administer prescribed medications and monitor therapeutic response and side effects. Coordinate and consult with team members and providers to address medical care and interventions. Maintain medication administration system and audit policies in compliance with state regulations. Review lab reports, identify abnormalities, and refer findings to providers. Educate clients about medications and safe use. Document progress notes and report medication errors per policy. Minimum Qualifications Eligible for Colorado RN licensure (unencumbered) and able to meet all licensing requirements. Will train a new graduate with strong interest in Behavioral Health and withdrawal management. Licenses & Certifications Colorado or Compact licensed nurse in good standing. Valid Colorado driver’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. DORA license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire. Basic Life Support certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. Preferred Qualifications 1 year of experience in a behavioral health setting. Bilingual / bi‑cultural.
