License/Certifications: Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia; Neonatal certification preferred

Experience: Experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners preferred but all qualified candidates encouraged to apply

What You'll Do:

• Provide top-tier neonatal care to infants in a Level III NICU setting
• Manage care for newborns in a family-centered nursery environment
• Attend high-risk deliveries and provide immediate neonatal interventions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists and nursing staff
• Support family education and comfort during neonatal care
• Participate in leadership opportunities for qualified candidates
• Ensure compliance with hospital and NICU protocols

What You Need:

Required:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification or relevant neonatal experience
• Ability to work 24-hour shifts and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Preferred:

• Experience working in a Level III NICU or similar high-acuity environment
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
• Commitment to family-centered neonatal care
