Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from $42,600 to $92,000 per year , based on experience and performance, along with opportunities to earn additional commission and performance bonuses. Your Role as a Texas General Lines Insurance Agent Every day offers the opportunity to make a positive impact. Your responsibilities will include: Quoting, selling, and servicing personal and commercial insurance policies Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate coverage options Explaining policy features, coverages, and endorsements clearly and accurately Processing policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations Following up on leads and generating new business opportunities Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation Providing exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with Texas insurance regulations As one of the first points of contact for our clients, you'll combine industry knowledge with outstanding communication skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
