Logistics Analyst - MO&I

ASI is seeking a Journeyman Logistician to work in Lakehurst, NJ supporting Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) and Support Equipment (SE) programs within the Mission Operations & Infrastructure (MO&I) Department. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including pickup and delivery scheduling Serve as a primary logistics interface for MO&I program teams and customers Maintain accurate inventory records in the Staging Facility Inventory Management System (SFIMS) Track material shipments and provide timely status updates to multiple program teams Support staging facility and warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with ALRE and SE logistics requirements Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years in acquisition and sustainment logistics, including 2+ years supporting DoD logistics programs 3-5+ years of experience supporting ALRE and SE shipping and receiving processes Demonstrated experience using SFIMS, including inventory data entry and tracking Strong understanding of staging facility operations and warehouse management Experience working across multiple programs and with stakeholders in a DoD environment Proficiency with inventory databases and logistics-related systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Work Authorization / Security Clearance Must be a U.S. Citizen Able to obtain a Secret Clearance Benefits and Compensation 401(k) plan with immediate 100% vesting and 4% discretionary match Paid leave including PTO, holiday, bereavement, and military Generous medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and their families Health and dependent care FSA Company-provided life/AD&D, as well as supplemental life and disability insurance TRICARE Supplement Employee Assistance Program Tuition assistance and professional development Pay $21.50-$39.00 per hour Andromeda Systems Incorporated is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
