Assistant Human Capital Operations Manager (Hybrid, Atlanta)

Oliver Wyman, a Marsh business, seeks an Assistant Human Capital Manager to administer HR activities for Actuarial colleagues across the US. You will provide frontline HR support, assist with regional HC Operations, and help maintain an inclusive office environment. Hybrid role requiring 3 days in the Atlanta office. Responsibilities include onboarding, policy guidance, payroll/benefits support, and employee relations.
